British Airways Awards 2025
Four Seasons Hotel Cyprus has been honoured with the British Airways Holidays Customer Excellence Award, marking its 10th consecutive year receiving this prestigious accolade. This year, the hotel achieved its highest ever score — the maximum 5/5 rating — placing it among the top-rated hotels worldwide.
The award is based on verified customer feedback collected by British Airways Holidays in partnership with Feefo, the world’s largest verified buyer review platform. Guests rated their stays on location, service, cleanliness, sleep quality, and provided an overall score out of five.
2025 also marks the 70th anniversary of British Airways Holidays, one of the UK’s leading tour operators, and the 10th year of its Customer Excellence Awards, which recognise hotels delivering consistently outstanding holiday experiences. This year, British Airways Holidays analysed 104,444 independent reviews and awarded 949 hotels globally, representing the top 8% of their hotel partners.
