This Residence can accommodate up to three persons, two in the bedroom and one in the living room area using the pull-out sofa. • Should it prove necessary to alter your travel plans, we would be most grateful if you would contact us at least 48 hours prior to your arrival, in order to avoid any No Show or cancellation charges. • If reservations are cancelled less than 48 hours before arrival 2 nights accommodation will be charged as cancellation fee. No Shows and unexpected/early departures are subject to 100% cancellation charges on all booked but unused nights. • Check-in time is 14:00 hours. • Check-out time is 12:00 noon. • Further use of the room and until 18.00 hours will be charged at 50% of the daily rate.
