This One Bedroom Residence is the first to become available and consists of a living dining area with open plan fully equipped kitchen, king size bedroom with 55” Samsung UHD TV, ample wardrobes and storage space, a large bathroom with walk-in shower, twin vanity unit and enclosed WC and an additional guest WC off the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with state of the art Miele equipment. The luxurious living room with light summer cool finishes and marble floors is furnished with Roche Bobois Sofa bed and Flexform furniture with 65” Samsung curved UHD TV. This Residence can accommodate up to three persons, two in the bedroom and one in the living room area using the pull-out sofa. With the spacious patio offering outdoor dining and lounging space and amazing sea views, this Residence offers 170sqm of space where you can really relax and enjoy your stay in the privacy of a home from home.
