We would like to congratulate Ecaterina Iliin for her well-deserved recognition at the Cypria Filoxenia Awards, where she earned a Hospitality Experience Award. Ecaterina displayed remarkable hospitality by assisting our guests who wished to adopt two kittens found at the Beach Bar of the hotel, arranging for their vet visit, and later hosting them at her home when the visitors had to depart early. Katerina's extraordinary efforts, including accompanying the kittens to Switzerland at her own expense, exemplify each member of the team's commitment to exceptional service beyond physical and national boundaries.
