The above rates are quoted in Euros, per room, per night and include full buffet breakfast and all applicable taxes. • Should it prove necessary to alter your travel plans, we would be most grateful if you would contact us at least 48 hours prior to your arrival, in order to avoid any No Show or cancellation charges. • If reservations are cancelled less than 48 hours before arrival 1 night accommodation will be charged as cancellation fee. No Shows and unexpected/early departures are subject to 100% cancellation charges on all booked but unused nights.
• ONE Child 2-13 years old sharing Superior room type with two adults, stays free on Bed & Breakfast basis (Roll-away Bed or Cot). Note: Cot replaces Roll-away.
• Superior Inland & Sea view rooms as well as Beach Studios Upper Floor cannot accommodate a 3rd person 14 years old and over. Maximum capacity for these room types is Two (2) adults and one (1) child.
• A third person from 14 years of age can share any applicable room type with two adults and pays an additional supplement equal to 25% of the relevant Bed & Breakfast room rate.
• In Family Rooms & Family Beach Studios two children 2-13 years old stay FREE on Bed & Breakfast. In Family Suites two children 2-13 years old and one infant under 2 years old stay FREE on Bed & Breakfast. Two Bedroom Family suites are suitable for families up to 6 persons.
